Optimasi Alokasi Lapangan Penumpukan Petikemas Ekspor Pelabuhan: Studi Kasus Terminal Peti Kemas Banjarmasin

Perencanaan alokasi penumpukan petikemas memiliki pengaruh yang besar untuk meminimalkan waktu sandar kapal dan biaya operasional terminal. Model lapangan bertujuan mengurangi jarak tempuh truk dalam kegiatan muat menyeimbangkan jumlah pada setiap blok. Alokasi belum optimal di Terminal Petikemas Banjarmasin merupakan salah satu permasalahan harus diselesaikan. Dalam upaya penyelesaian tersebut digunakan metode evaluasi optimasi perencanaan petikemas. Setalah mendapatkan hasil optimasi, kemudian dilakukan simulasi mengetahui kapal. Dari dapatkan Bulan Februari 2019, dapat bekurang hingga 4% atau 539 km dari 13.941 km, selisih blok sebesar 74% 4.863 box 6.546 box. Selain itu didapatkan seluruh 55% 2.452 4.446 box, penghematan 13% 4.749 menit 36.129 menit. Kemudian bahan bakar keseluruhan truk, RTG, container crane 16% Rp 236.723.498 1.508.369.508.
